Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking a dedicated educator to lead early childhood activities in Palu. The role focuses on planning and executing trial classes, conducting on-class sessions, and engaging with parents to support child-centered, play-based learning.

Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, preparing post-event reports, and assisting in seminars both online and offline to foster parent involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• 2–3 years of preschool teaching experience.
• Strong classroom leadership and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication with teachers and parents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Trial Class and Open House sessions with content and activities.
• Conduct on-class teaching during Trial Class and Open House.
• Coordinate with SA Kids for parent and student engagement.
• Prepare post-event reports including lead observation and feedback.
• Assist in Parents Seminar (online/offline) with presentations or Q&A.
