Job summary

Ruangguru for Business in Depok seeks an experienced early childhood teacher to plan and execute Trial Classes and Open House sessions with engaging content and teaching aids. You will conduct on-class teaching during events and coordinate with SA Kids to engage students and parents.

You will prepare post-event reports, assist in parent seminars (online/offline), and participate in ongoing training sessions as part of teacher development to continuously enhance your practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood/preschool teaching (2-3 years).
• Hands-on with child-centered and play-based learning.
• Strong classroom management and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication with teachers and parents.

Responsibilities

• Plan & Execute Trial Class and Open House sessions, including content and activity preparation (teaching aids, worksheets, etc.).
• Conduct On-Class Teaching during Trial Class and Open House.
• Coordinate with SA Kids for student and parents engagement.
• Prepare Post-Event Reports, including Lead Observation Report and feedback summary.
• Assist in Parents Seminar (online/offline) - support presentation or Q&A if needed.
• Participate in Training Sessions as part of teacher development.
