Job summary

Ruangguru in Jakarta Selatan is seeking an experienced preschool educator to plan and execute Trial Class and Open House sessions, including teaching aids and worksheets, and to conduct on-class teaching during events.

You will coordinate with teachers and parents, prepare post-event reports, assist in parents seminars, and participate in training sessions to support teacher development. The role emphasizes child-centered, play-based learning and strong classroom leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in early childhood / preschool teaching.
• Strong classroom leadership and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage well with both teachers and parents.
• Passionate about child-centered and play-based learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Plan & Execute Trial Class and Open House sessions, including content and activity preparation (teaching aids, worksheets, etc.).
• Conduct On-Class Teaching during Trial Class and Open House.
• Coordinate with SA Kids for student and parents engagement.
• Prepare Post-Event Reports, including Lead Observation Report and feedback summary.
• Assist in Parents Seminar (online/offline) — support presentation or Q&A if needed.
• Participate in Training Sessions as part of teacher development.
