Job summary

Ruangguru in Makassar is seeking a full-time preschool teacher to plan and execute Trial Classes and Open House sessions, prepare teaching aids and worksheets, and conduct engaging on-class teaching.

You will coordinate with SA Kids for parent and student engagement, contribute to post-event reports, assist in parents seminars, and participate in training to grow in a child-centered, play-based learning approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in early childhood/preschool teaching.
• Strong classroom leadership and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about child-centered and play-based learning approaches.
• Willing to work full-time with a placement in Makassar.

Responsibilities

• Plan & Execute Trial Class and Open House sessions, including content and activity preparation (teaching aids, worksheets, etc.).
• Conduct On-Class Teaching during Trial Class and Open House
• Coordinate with SA Kids for student and parents engagement
• Prepare Post-Event Reports, including Lead Observation Report and feedback summary
• Assist in Parents Seminar (online/offline) — support presentation or Q&A if needed
• Participate in Training Sessions as part of teacher development
