Ruangguru in Depok is seeking a part-time Early Childhood Teacher to lead engaging trial classes and open house sessions, following child-centered, play-based learning approaches. You will plan activities, teach during events, and coordinate with parents and teachers.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Education, 1–3 years’ experience (fresh grads welcome), and a willingness to work 8:00–14:00 at Depok location. Training and development opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in early childhood or preschool teaching; open to fresh graduates or final-year students with no class.
• Strong classroom leadership and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with teachers and parents.
• Willing to work part-time with placement in Depok and flexible working hours (8:00–14:00).

Responsabilités

• Plan & execute Trial Class and Open House sessions, including content and activity preparation (teaching aids, worksheets, etc.).
• Conduct On-Class Teaching during Trial Class and Open House.
• Coordinate with SA Kids for student and parents engagement.
• Prepare Post-Event Reports, including Lead Observation Report and feedback summary.
• Assist in Parents Seminar (online/offline) - support presentation or Q&A if needed.
• Participate in Training Sessions as part of teacher development.
