Job summary

PT Ruang Raya Indonesia (Ruangguru) is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to plan and execute Trial Classes and Open House sessions, including teaching aids and activities. You will lead On-Class Teaching during events and ensure a smooth, engaging experience for children.

You will coordinate with SA Kids for student and parent engagement, prepare Post-Event reports, and assist in Parents Seminars (online/offline).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in early childhood/preschool teaching or fresh graduate welcome.
• Strong classroom leadership and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging teachers and parents.
• Passionate about child-centered and play-based learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Trial Classes and Open House sessions with teaching aids and worksheets.
• Conduct On-Class Teaching during events.
• Coordinate with SA Kids for student and parent engagement.
• Prepare Post-Event Reports (Lead Observation Report and feedback summary).
• Assist in Parents Seminars (online/offline) and support presentations or Q&A.
• Participate in Training Sessions as part of teacher development.
