Ruangguru for Business is seeking a skilled educator in Jakarta, Indonesia, to plan, execute, and teach during Trial Classes and Open Houses. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and has 2–3 years of preschool teaching experience. Strong communication and classroom leadership skills are essential for engaging with both students and parents. This role involves preparing event reports and assisting in parent seminars, offering a chance to develop in a child-centered learning environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in early childhood / preschool teaching.
• Strong classroom leadership and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage well with both teachers and parents.
• Passionate about child-centered and play-based learning approaches.

Responsabilités

• Plan & Execute Trial Class and Open House sessions, including content and activity preparation.
• Conduct On-Class Teaching during Trial Class and Open House.
• Coordinate with SA Kids for student and parents engagement.
• Prepare Post-Event Reports, including Lead Observation Report and feedback summary.
• Assist in Parents Seminar — support presentation or Q&A if needed.
• Participate in Training Sessions as part of teacher development.
