Job summary

Echo Nusantara, part of the Arsari Group, is seeking a Social Media Specialist to drive premium content across key platforms. You will craft short-form videos, photos, captions, and graphics, while supporting monthly calendars and campaigns to elevate a high-value brand.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and build the social function from the ground up, testing new approaches and using performance insights to improve engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Visual Communication Design, Advertising, Multimedia, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience building a social media presence, content initiatives, campaigns, or similar activities from scratch or early stage.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily social media activities across relevant platforms in line with the content strategy.
• Create and develop engaging social media content, including short-form videos, photos, graphics, captions, and other formats.
• Support the development and execution of monthly content calendars and social media campaigns.
• Conduct content research on trends, competitors, audience behavior, and topics.
• Produce, edit, and publish content independently or with internal/external resources.
• Monitor daily social media performance and engagement.
