Job summary

PT Budi Bogarasa Foods in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Waiter for our Japanese yakiniku fine dining restaurant. You will welcome guests, explain the menu, and deliver courses with precision.

The role requires at least 3 years in Japanese Yakiniku/Fine Dining, strong English, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Competitive base salary plus service charge and performance bonus and opportunities for training exist.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of waiter/server experience in Japanese Yakiniku/Korean BBQ/Fine Dining with course menu concept
• Basic knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and guide to tables
• Explain menu and course concepts to guests
• Record and communicate orders to kitchen/bar
• Serve food and beverages with fine dining etiquette
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle complaints
• Clean dining areas and prep tables for next guests
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar and FOH team
• Work in shifts including evenings and weekends
