PT Budi Bogarasa Foods in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Waiter for our Japanese yakiniku fine dining restaurant. You will welcome guests, explain the menu, and deliver courses with precision.

Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival at the restaurant
Guide guests to tables and prepare table settings according to fine dining standards before guests are seated
Explain the menu, including explaining the Japanese course menu concept, ingredients, and dish recommendations as needed, in accordance with Japanese restaurant/fine dining standards
Record and communicate orders to kitchen/bar accurately, and ensure orders reach guest tables in the correct sequence with good presentation
Serve food (including grilling meat for customers) and beverages with fine dining etiquette and procedures - maintaining cleanliness, presentation aesthetics, and service speed
Monitor guest satisfaction during the meal, ready to respond to additional requests and handle complaints in a friendly, polite, and proactive manner
Clean dining areas and tables after guests finish eating, and prepare tables for the next guests
Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and other FOH team members to ensure smooth operations and high service quality
Neat, clean appearance and good grooming standards
Hospitality/F&B background
Minimum 3 years of experience as a waiter/server in Japanese Yakiniku/Korean BBQ/Fine Dining restaurants with course menu concept
Basic knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards (table setting, service etiquette, formal presentation)
Good English communication skills, quick to respond, alert, and able to work as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure and in busy restaurant situations
Willing to work in shifts (including evening shifts and split shifts), weekends, and public holidays as required by the restaurant
