Job summary

- Use precision tools to measure machining results.
- Adjust tool offsets and machine parameters as needed.
- Maintain quality and safety in the work area.
Responsibilities
- Operate and set up CNC machines according to SOP and technical drawings.
- Read and understand technical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Perform measurements and inspection of machining results using measuring tools.
- Perform tool/offset adjustments and machine parameter adjustments as needed.
- Ensure production results meet quality standards and specified specifications.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machines.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and neatness of work area.
- Coordinate with production and QC teams to ensure smooth production process.
