Job summary

Stie Yai is seeking an engineering intern to provide technical guidance on radio communications systems across statewide and local markets. You will assist in developing responsive proposals, giving technical presentations, and planning two-way radio infrastructure including APCO, TETRA, and MotoTRBO platforms.

Expect collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams while gaining hands-on RF design exposure.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to travel within Indonesia; travel expenses reimbursed.
• Minimum internship period of 3 months starting July 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice on communications systems and products.
• Offer consultative technical advice to customers and distributors.
• Develop professional engineering responses for proposals and tenders.
• Conduct technical presentations and training.
• Design, plan, and engineer two-way radio infrastructure for various markets.
• Identify local vendors to develop CAD, AVLS, and related solutions.
• Develop vertical market knowledge to tailor solutions.
• Provide technical guidance for existing systems and updates.
