Job summary

Worklit is seeking a motivated final-year student or fresh graduate to support planning and execution of PR and corporate communications. You will help develop press releases, announcements, and materials, while coordinating social media content and assisting with media monitoring.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Familiar with social media platforms and content creation.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience in PR, communications, media, or event activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of PR and communication activities.
• Assist in developing press releases, company announcements, and communication materials.
• Create and coordinate social media and PR-related content.

• Support relationship-building activities with media, partners, communities, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in organizing company events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Maintain PR databases, media contacts, and communication records.
