Job summary

SIRCLO is seeking a proactive Public Relations intern to assist in drafting and editing communications aligned with corporate goals. You will help organize media events, maintain brand guidelines, and document important announcements.

The role offers flexibility to work remotely and on-site at Green Office Park, BSD. Strong writing skills in Indonesian and English, plus the ability to research trends and support PR strategies, are essential for success in this internship.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting press releases, media pitches and other PR content in Indonesian and English.
• Strong grammar and language skills in both languages are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with journalists and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate PR activities.
• Ability to conduct strategic research and analyze trends for PR strategies.
• Flexibility to work remotely and on-site as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Research, draft, proofread, and edit PR materials aligned with company goals.
• Support the organization of media events in line with company objectives.
• Maintain corporate and brand guidelines across editorial content.
• Document and summarize official corporate announcements and events.
• Track media coverage and archive publications to provide insights.
• Collaborate with Communications and cross-functional teams to update media assets.
• Perform additional responsibilities within the Communications team.
