Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, Agriculture, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, or Inventory Control with supervisory experience.
• Strong forecasting and inventory control knowledge from raw materials to finished goods.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to work shifts in a dynamic operation.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily and weekly production and capacity plans.
• Monitor production performance against the plan and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, QC, Logistics, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage production schedules, priorities, and material availability.
• Prepare PPIC reports and monitor KPI achievement.
