Job summary

ASTRO, Indonesia’s first on-demand groceries platform, is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead daily production and packing operations, optimize manpower, and ensure quality and compliance. You will monitor productivity, CPP, and material availability, while driving continuous improvement to meet production targets.

The role requires a degree in relevant fields and 2+ years of experience; SMA/SMK applicants with 5+ years are welcome.

Qualifications

Minimum S1 in Industrial Engineering or related field.
SMA/SMK graduates welcome with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in Production, Fresh Warehouse Operations, Packing House, Inventory, Outbound or Agribusiness/Plantation operations.

Responsibilities

Execute daily packing and production schedules in accordance with production plans.
Assign and optimize manpower allocation to ensure efficient packing line operations.
Monitor daily production output, productivity, and CPP against targets.
Ensure product quality, packing standards, and GMP/HACCP/SOP compliance.
Coordinate availability of packaging materials, equipment, and resources.
Resolve daily operational issues, including downtime and material constraints.
Monitor manpower utilization and adjust deployment based on production volume.
Ensure production data, shift reports, and records are accurate and submitted on time.
