Job summary

PT Shoetown Footwear Industrial Indonesia sedang mencari profesional untuk mengelola perencanaan produksi, penjadwalan, serta ketersediaan material. Anda akan memantau kinerja produksi terhadap rencana dan mengatur level persediaan agar tidak kekurangan maupun kelebihan stok.

Tugas lainnya mencakup koordinasi dengan produksi, gudang, dan departemen terkait, analisis penyebab keterlambatan, serta menyiapkan laporan PPIC berkala.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage production planning and schedules
Adjust material availability based on production requirements
Monitor actual production performance against the plan
Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse and other relevant departments
Analyze causes of production delays or material shortages
Prepare periodic PPIC reports and analyses
Improve the effectiveness of planning and inventory control
