Job summary

Lemonilo is seeking a PPIC specialist in Indonesia to support production planning and inventory control. You will develop production plans, monitor progress, and coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and 1–2 years in PPIC with ERP/MRP experience. Strong Excel skills and data analysis are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of PPIC experience in FMCG preferred.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience for production planning and inventory control.

Job description

PPIC Team, you will be responsible for supporting production planning and material availability by managing inventory, monitoring production performance, and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure efficient operations and on-time delivery.

What will you do?

• Support the development of production plans to ensure production schedules align with business demand and operational capacity.
• Monitor daily production progress and coordinate with related teams to ensure production targets are achieved on time.
• Plan and monitor raw material (RM) and packaging material (PM) requirements to ensure material availability while preventing shortages and excess inventory.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock movements and ensuring healthy Days of Inventory (DOI).
• Collaborate closely with Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to ensure efficient production flow and timely product delivery.
• Monitor inventory accuracy by reconciling system records with actual stock and supporting inventory control activities.
• Analyze inventory and production data to identify trends, improve planning accuracy, and optimize inventory performance.
• Prepare regular production, inventory, and planning reports to support operational decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning, inventory management, and operational efficiency.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control) role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Hands-on experience using ERP and MRP systems for production planning and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, material requirement planning, and supply chain processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
