Job summary

Eastroc Beverage Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking a PPIC Supervisor Mandarin Speaker to oversee production planning, inventory control and material requirements for our fast-paced beverage production. This full-time, on-site role collaborates with production, procurement, logistics and quality teams to ensure accurate schedules and timely product availability.

You will prepare and analyze PPIC reports, optimize resource utilization and resolve planning or inventory issues.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in production planning, scheduling, and inventory control within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis, ERP or planning systems, and basic Excel to monitor PPIC activities.
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and good command of English or Bahasa Indonesia for cross-functional communication.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, warehouse operations, and coordination with procurement and logistics.
• Ability to lead and supervise a PPIC team under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in beverage or food manufacturing and familiarity with quality and safety standards is advantageous.

Role Description The PPIC Supervisor Mandarin Speaker is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta. This role oversees production planning, inventory control, and material requirements to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and timely product availability. The PPIC Supervisor coordinates with production, procurement, logistics, and quality teams to create and adjust production schedules, monitor stock levels, and manage order fulfillment. The position involves preparing and analyzing PPIC reports, optimizing resource utilization, and resolving planning or inventory issues. The role also requires regular communication in Mandarin with regional or overseas stakeholders to align production plans and supply chain activities.
