Job summary

Schneider Electric is hiring a Service Representative - Power to join our field services team in Indonesia. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment up to 36 kV, while ensuring safety and high customer satisfaction.

You’ll collaborate with Services teams and technical experts to resolve issues at customer sites. The role requires hands-on electrical experience, strong diagnostic skills, and fluent Bahasa Indonesia

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering, related technical discipline.
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant engineering field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment at customer sites.
• Install, test, and commission LV/MV equipment up to 36 kV per scope.
• Troubleshoot equipment, identify root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Prepare service reports and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with Services teams and escalate when needed.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory requirements on site.
