Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Service Representative - Power in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will be a technical expert at customer sites, ensuring safety, performance, reliability, and life span of electrical installations through commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and modernization.

You will collaborate with Services teams and customers to resolve issues, perform field activities, and deliver detailed service reports while adhering to safety, quality, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safe working practices.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment and systems.
• Install, test, and commission LV/MV equipment up to 36 kV as per scope.
• Troubleshoot equipment, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Carry out safety preparations and risk assessments before field work.
• Prepare accurate service reports and documentation after interventions.
