Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering or another relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in Procurement or Technical Procurement is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Foreign language proficiency, particularly English, is an advantage.
• Friendly, detail-oriented, and responsible personality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to prepare reports in a clear, systematic, and well-organized manner according to business requirements.
• Strong coordination, administrative, and document management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage plans for Technical Clarification Meetings (Klarifikasi Teknis) based on the company’s requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of Technical Clarification meetings.
• Prepare Technical Clarification Meeting Minutes and confirm the agreed outcomes with the Engineering and CM teams.
• Distribute the Technical Clarification Meeting Minutes to relevant parties, including the Procurement Admin team, to support the completion of documents required for the issuance of Work Orders (SPK) and/or Purchase Orders (PO).
• Ensure all Technical Clarification meeting documentation is properly maintained, organized, and easily traceable.
• Maintain the confidentiality of information and documents related to the Technical Clarification process.
• Perform other administrative tasks to support the company’s operational activities.
