Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School / Vocational High School (SMA/SMK).
• Minimum 1 year experience as a cashier in F&B is preferred.
• Familiar with using POS systems.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills and positive attitude.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle payment transactions quickly and accurately.
• Operate the MOKA POS system properly.
• Ensure accuracy between transactions and cash on hand.
• Perform cashier opening & closing procedures according to SOP.
• Daily cash opname and reconciliation.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
• Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
• Assist in upselling products according to ongoing promotions.
