Qualifications

• Previous cashier experience in hospitality preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and multiple payment methods.
• Strong numerical and basic calculation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Honest, responsible and trustworthy with cash handling.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash, card, QRIS, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Process customer orders, bills, payments, and receipts through the POS system.
• Ensure all bills and transactions are accurate before completing payment.
• Handle cash float and maintain accurate cash records throughout the shift.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and ensure the cash balance matches the system records.
• Report any discrepancies, payment issues, or irregularities to the appropriate supervisor.
• Handle discounts, complimentary items, voids, refunds, and other adjustments according to company procedures.
• Coordinate with the Service and Restaurant teams regarding bills, payments, and guest requests.
• Assist guests with payment-related inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and surrounding area.
