Job summary

Mitra10 Bali is seeking a cashier for our store operations in Bali. You will process payments, handle multiple payment methods, and provide friendly customer service at checkout.

The role includes till reconciliation, price verification, and assisting customers with purchases to ensure a smooth shopping experience. We offer contract staff with competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for progression within a growing retail team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cashier or in retail customer service.
• Ability to operate POS systems and handle multiple payment methods.
• Strong numeracy skills for cash handling and mental calculations.
• Excellent customer service with a positive attitude and patience.
• Attention to detail and reliable for till management and accuracy.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer payments accurately using POS systems and handling cash, card, and digital transactions.
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service at checkout and assisting customers with purchases.
• Performing till reconciliation and reporting discrepancies to management.
• Scanning products and verifying prices while keeping a swift checkout flow.
• Following company payment, fraud prevention, and security procedures.
• Supporting promotions and communicating offers to customers.
• Maintaining professional appearance and adhering to uniform standards.
• Collaborating with team to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak and quiet periods.
