Job summary

PT Lautan Luas Tbk is seeking a senior leader to drive group-level market, portfolio, and competitive intelligence to inform data-driven commercial decisions. You will align KPI targets across HORECA and B2C, conduct market structure analyses, and pinpoint priority markets, segments, and geographies to strengthen portfolio optimization across the group.

The role requires a strong background in market intelligence, market research, and strategic planning within FMCG-like environments, with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or related field.
Has 7-10 years of experience in market intelligence, market research, commercial/business strategy, or a related role.
Preferred background in HORECA-B2C, corporate/holding, or established FMCG-Retail company, with prior experience in reputable consulting/professional services firms

Responsibilities

Lead group-level market, portfolio, & competitive intelligence to enable data-driven commercial decision-making.
Support Commercial Director to conduct LTL Group Commercial Roadmap & Strategy
Synchronize KPI & target between business segment HORECA and B2C across LTL Group
Conduct market structure analysis across industry, segment, & geography for all group entities
Identify priority markets, segments, & geographies based on attractiveness & growth potential
Manage industry lifecycle analysis across group portfolio
Develop competitive landscape & positioning analysis (competitor mapping & price benchmarking)
Provide portfolio insight dashboards to identify strengths, gaps, & underperforming segments to support portfolio optimization
