Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to perform data mining and analysis on the company’s product portfolios. The role focuses on delivering regular and ad-hoc reports to inform risk management and regulatory reporting.

You will collaborate with risk, finance, and IT teams, translating complex data into actionable insights and presenting findings to stakeholders. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with a bachelor’s in IT, math, CS or engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Math, CS or Engineering preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong SQL data mining and data analysis skills are required.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis; Power BI/Tableau a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform data mining from Risk Data Warehouse related to portfolio management.
• Produce periodic and ad-hoc portfolio reports for stakeholders and regulators.
• Collaborate with risk, finance, IT and other teams on cross-functional projects.
• Represent Risk Department and provide insights and recommendations.
