Job summary

Kredivo in Indonesia is seeking a Senior Executive for Portfolio Risk & Analytics to turn data into actionable risk insights across the loan lifecycle. You will document and optimize loan authorization criteria, monitor risk indicators, create ad-hoc reports, and help management make informed risk decisions.

The role requires a data-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment; strong SQL, Excel, English, and basic Python are preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Risk Analyst, MIS analyst or data analyst.
Bachelor’s degree with GPA minimum 3.0 (out of 4.0).
English conversational proficiency is a must.
Strong working knowledge of SQL and Excel is a must.
Strong analytical skills, high comfort with numbers and attention to detail.
Independent work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Basic programming skills in Python are preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Understand, document and execute the existing loan authorization process.
Assess the impact of portfolio actions and suggest changes to loan disbursal risk criteria.
Monitor portfolio KPIs: early warnings, flow rates, 90+ DPD losses, revenue and profitability.
Create ad-hoc reports and analyses to aid management on risk decisions.
Institutionalize best practices for reporting and analytics within the team.
Timely review of key risk indicators and identify potential risk factors.
Set up early warning triggers for different portfolio segments.
