Interport Group in Jakarta is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to help manage daily freight, vessel movement, and port operations, ensuring timely, compliant execution. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain service quality.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor's in logistics or shipping and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong coordination skills and a client‑focused mindset. This is an on‑site role in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Shipping, or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or port operations.
• Good understanding of vessel movement, cargo handling, and operational documents.
• Familiar with operational reporting, permits, and relevant regulations.
• Strong coordination skills with internal and external parties.
• Service-oriented with focus on client satisfaction.
• Committed to Code of Conduct (CoC) and HSE policy.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily logistics, shipping, and port operations to ensure smooth vessel movement and cargo handling.
• Prepare, monitor, and maintain operational documents, reports, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with internal teams, port authorities, agents, and external partners to ensure timely and compliant operations.
• Monitor vessel schedules, cargo activities, and operational progress to minimize delays and disruptions.
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations, Code of Conduct (CoC), and HSE policies.
• Provide reliable and responsive service to clients, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
