Job summary

PT Sinar Jernih Suksesindo is seeking a Pool Attendant to supervise the pool area and ensure member safety and comfort during operating hours. You will monitor pool activities, manage towels and amenities, and maintain clean, ready-for-use facilities.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety equipment is in good condition, providing information on schedules and regulations, handling complaints, and coordinating with MRO, Housekeeping, Engineering, Personal Trainer, and Security teams with daily

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent education.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Pool Attendant or related position.
• First Aid/P3K certificate.
• Good communication skills and customer service oriented.
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to communicate and write in English.
• Understanding of basic Occupational Health & Safety (K3) and pool area safety procedures.
• Good time management and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Check pool conditions including temperature, clarity, cleanliness, and Jacuzzi & Sauna areas.
• Ensure the pool area remains clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Manage towel and amenities availability and replacement in the pool area.
• Check and ensure safety equipment and pool equipment are in good condition.
• Provide information to members regarding schedules, regulations, and pool facility safety.
• Handle member complaints and report them to supervisors/MRO.
• Coordinate with MRO, Housekeeping, Engineering, Personal Trainer, and Security teams.
• Prepare daily reports on pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi conditions and report any damage or abnormal conditions.

About you
