Job summary

PT. Hood Villas Real Estate is seeking a diligent Housekeeper in Bali to maintain villa interiors to high hygiene standards.

You will clean bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens, and pool spaces, perform bed making, replenish amenities, and support laundry operations while ensuring guest privacy and comfort. The role requires basic English, a neat appearance, and the ability to work independently or with a team, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK education level.
• Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience in villa, hotel, or resort (preferred).
• Understanding of cleaning procedures, cleaning equipment and chemical use, and hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Basic English language communication skills.
• Neat appearance, clean, disciplined, honest, detail-oriented, responsible, service-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in luxury or private villa is an advantage.
