• Min 1 year experience in the same position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety around the swimming pool area.
• Ensure pool water, surrounding deck, and lounge chairs are clean and well arranged.
• Provide towels to guests and collect used towels from the pool area.
• Monitor guest activities in the pool area to ensure safety and comfort.
• Inform guests about pool rules and regulations politely.
• Set up and arrange umbrellas, sunbeds, and poolside facilities before operation hours.
• Assist guests with their needs around the pool area.
• Report any maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety concerns to the supervisor or engineering department.
• Ensure the pool area is tidy and organized throughout the day.
• Follow hotel safety standards and hygiene procedures.
