Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool, recreation, and surrounding guest areas.
• Assist guests with pool and recreation facility usage and provide information when needed.
• Set up, arrange, and store pool and recreational equipment before and after operations.
• Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and compliance with facility regulations.
• Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or equipment damage to supervisors.
• Distribute and collect pool towels, recreational equipment, and related amenities.
• Support recreational activities and guest events when required.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all guests.
• Follow hotel health, safety, and operational procedures at all times.
