Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in technology/engineering or relevant field.
• Additional certifications in digital transformation, AI/ML, cloud, data engineering, enterprise architecture, or technology policy (Preferred).
• 8+ years of experience designing, developing, or implementing digital solutions or DPI-related initiatives.
• Experience in AI/ML, Cloud, Data & Analytics, Process Automation, Digital Transformation, Open-source stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support major technical assistance assignments focused on digital solutions, Digital ID, Data Sharing, and DPI components.
• Manage client interactions and project execution, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery.
• Lead requirement gathering, issue analysis, solution design, and development of practical technical recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, technical reports, solution architecture inputs, and roadmaps to government and donor stakeholders.
• Oversee solution ideation, architecture discussions, prototype development, and vendor coordination.
