You will develop and execute engagement strategies, track regulatory developments, and prepare executive briefings. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential for multi-jurisdictional work across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years dedicated professional experience with policy advocacy.
• Good understanding of public policy and regulatory issues relevant to large technology, infrastructure, or data-driven businesses.
• Excellent in Bahasa Indonesia and English fluency, both written and spoken.
• Strong research, analysis, and writing skills; ability to synthesize complex regulatory information.
• Experience working across multiple functions with cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for data centre government relations initiatives.
• Serve as the liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, execute, and maintain a government engagement strategy to support expansion plans.
• Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and decks for meetings with government bodies.
• Track legislation and regulations and summarize policy developments impacting data centre projects.
• Coordinate with Legal, GR, and project teams on regulatory inquiries and issues.
• Maintain project dashboards, status reports, and executive briefings.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory and political risks and flag issues to senior stakeholders.
