Qualifications

• Experience in PMO/Project Management
• Strong coordination, monitoring, analysis, and reporting
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management
• Familiar with project management methodologies and tools
• PMBOK / PMP / PMO-related certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, issues & deliverables
• Ensure governance and documentation are properly maintained
• Prepare project dashboards and management reports
• Coordinate with Project Managers and project stakeholders
• Track project budget, timeline, scope, and key performance indicators
• Support project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
