Job summary

Techconnect.id is seeking an IT Application Delivery Manager to lead the evolution of the PMO into an active delivery-management function. You will own end-to-end delivery of application projects and enhancements, from planning through stabilization, and proactively manage timelines to ensure commitments are met.

Ideal candidates have extensive PMO governance experience, a delivery-owner mindset, and a track record of forecasting and mitigating risks before delays occur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Experience leading or maturing a PMO function.
• Strong track record of delivering on-time outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature IT Application Delivery as the evolution of PMO into active delivery-management.
• Own end-to-end delivery of application projects and enhancements from planning to stabilization.
• Proactively manage timelines and intervene early when a project trends off-course.
• Develop realistic delivery baselines and forecasts using leading indicators.
