Job summary

Merah Putih Initiative (TMPI) seeks an Administration Support Officer with PMO experience to join the District Labs in Jakarta. You will manage milestones, record-keeping, and government-aligned processes, supporting education policy execution at national scale.

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is valued, with strong document control and stakeholder engagement skills. The role offers exposure to senior officials, a path for growth as TMPI expands, and a competitive compensation package

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in programme or project administration, preferably in education or government context.
• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, management, accounting, education or related field.
• Experience with government administration, including official correspondence and travel rules.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and experience with dashboards or monitoring tools.
• Organised, trustworthy with sensitive documents and capable of audits.

Responsibilities

• Implement standardized correspondence templates and filing system compliant with ministry procedures.
• Build and maintain programme record system, tracking logs, timelines, issues, and best practices.
• Archive records from school year start and author new guidance for teams and ministries.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and actions to support executive decision-making.
• Oversee travel arrangements and logistics for workshops, meetings, and fieldwork.
• Coordinate expert/ speaker honoraria with finance and ensure proper tax documentation.
• Prepare audit-ready accountability files and consolidate monthly progress reports.
