Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for large ICT projects in South Jakarta (on-site). The role requires driving demand fulfillment, ordering, logistics, inventory, and distribution while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and continuity across project lifecycles.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years in supply chain or logistics management, with experience in large multinational environments and English

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in supply chain.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Experience with BCM, risk management, and international logistics.
• Proficient English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain activities including demand planning, ordering, fulfillment, logistics coordination, inventory management, and distribution.
• Design and manage fulfillment strategies for large-scale ICT projects during bidding, implementation and delivery.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, planning, finance, sales, and project management for aligned execution.
• Oversee high-volume order fulfillment and inventory movements with accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor capacity, lead times, logistics performance, and project milestones to mitigate risks.
• Manage BCM, import and customs issues, bottlenecks, and disruption risks.
• Analyze performance metrics, costs, and customer satisfaction for continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports and strategic recommendations for senior management and regional stakeholders.
