Job summary

PT Bestdeal Digital Indonesia is seeking a CAD Drafter & Technical Document Controller to assist with technical drawings and building-approval documents. You will create, refine, and revise drawings for Architecture, Structure, and MEP under engineer/architect direction, and ensure submission standards are met.

You will manage labels, numbers, scales, layers, plotting, and PDF/DWG formats, keep documents organized, check completeness before submission, and coordinate with engineering,

Qualifications

Proficient in AutoCAD as core drafting tool.
Able to read and interpret building technical drawings.
Detail-oriented with strong document control practices.
Experience with MS Office or Google Drive or other digital storage systems.
Experience with Revit, SketchUp or BIM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create, refine, and revise technical drawings for Architecture, Structure, and MEP based on engineer/architect direction.
Prepare drawings according to submission standards.
Manage drawing labels, numbers, scales, layers, plotting, and PDF/DWG formats.
Ensure all technical documents are well-organized with current versions traceable.
Assist with checking completeness of technical documents before submission.
Manage revisions based on client comments or inspection results.
Coordinate with engineering, architecture, MEP, and licensing teams.
