Job summary

PT Bestdeal Digital Indonesia is seeking a CAD Drafter & Technical Document Controller to assist with technical drawings and building-approval documents. You will create, refine, and revise drawings for Architecture, Structure, and MEP under engineer/architect direction, and ensure submission standards are met.

You will manage labels, numbers, scales, layers, plotting, and PDF/DWG formats, keep documents organized, check completeness before submission, and coordinate with engineering,

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD as core drafting tool.
• Able to read and interpret building technical drawings.
• Detail-oriented with strong document control practices.
• Experience with MS Office or Google Drive or other digital storage systems.
• Experience with Revit, SketchUp or BIM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, refine, and revise technical drawings for Architecture, Structure, and MEP based on engineer/architect direction.
• Prepare drawings according to submission standards.
• Manage drawing labels, numbers, scales, layers, plotting, and PDF/DWG formats.
• Ensure all technical documents are well-organized with current versions traceable.
• Assist with checking completeness of technical documents before submission.
• Manage revisions based on client comments or inspection results.
• Coordinate with engineering, architecture, MEP, and licensing teams.
