Job summary

DANA Indonesia is seeking a DevOps/SRE professional to own day-to-day reliability and operations for the Business Automation platform and KYB services. You will ensure stable, resilient systems and reduce dependency on individuals.

You’ll operate Kubernetes workloads, ingress, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring, build runbooks, automate recurring tasks, and support infrastructure as code while collaborating with engineering leadership on architecture and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in systems administration, DevOps, infrastructure, or IT operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Linux administration, including permissions, networking, storage, and troubleshooting.
• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, load balancing, firewalls.
• Scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash to automate tasks.
• Familiarity with virtualization, Docker, and Kubernetes; production experience preferred.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible) and Git for version control.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI) and automated testing.
• Exposure to Alibaba Cloud or Azure; AWS or GCP also relevant.
• Familiarity with Grafana, OpenSearch, or ELK stack for observability.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and clear written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Automation platform day to day, including Kubernetes workloads, ingress, and load balancing.
• Manage secrets, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring to detect failures automatically.
• Write and maintain runbooks and operational documentation with limited existing material.
• Automate recurring operational work to reduce manual effort.
• Support infrastructure provisioning through Infrastructure as Code and review changes with engineering leadership.
• Assist root cause analysis after incidents using logs, metrics, and system behavior.
• Support backup, restore and disaster recovery exercises and verify recovery procedures.
• Gradually take ownership of defined operational areas as familiarity grows.
