Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks a Plastic Injection Machine Engineer/Technician to ensure stable, efficient production through proper machine setup, parameter optimization, and systematic troubleshooting. You will collaborate with Production, QA, Maintenance, and Tooling to maximize output while reducing defects and costs.

The role demands hands-on experience with molding processes, mold/tooling coordination, and strong documentation.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
2+ years as a Technician; 3–5+ years as Engineer; 5+ years in injection molding for Lead/Supervisor track.

Responsibilities

Set up mold installation/removal and optimize injection parameters.
Monitor cycle time, machine efficiency, and output to ensure stability.
Troubleshoot defects (short shots, flash, sink marks, warpage, etc.).
Coordinate mold maintenance and tooling improvements.
Support QA with first-piece approval and SPC data where applicable.
Assist maintenance with preventive actions and repairs coordination.
Support production planning and monitor KPIs (OEE, downtime, scrap).
Maintain records of parameters, changes, downtime, and improvements.
Follow safety procedures, 5S and ISO quality requirements.
Engineer/Lead duties: develop processes, perform DOE, lead cost reductions, train staff.
