Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize production processes to ensure stability, quality, and efficiency
• Control and adjust process and equipment parameters according to standards
• Analyze process data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Drive initiatives to reduce defects, downtime, and production costs
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving for process-related issues
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Lead and coordinate Process Engineers and Shift Engineers
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to the team
• Review process procedures, work instructions, and technical reports
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments
