Job summary

Beiersdorf is seeking a production leader to drive manufacturing excellence in the Jawa region. You will supervise the production team to meet SOPs, GMP standards, and safety targets while coordinating continuous improvement and proper documentation.

The role requires a degree in engineering or pharmacy and at least 3 years of FMCG production experience, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or pharmacy.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing FMCG.
• Experience leading production teams and improving processes.
• Familiarity with GMP, 5S and SOP/WI requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead production team to ensure SOPs and quality compliance.
• Drive safety implementation in production areas with zero major accidents.
• Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen.
• Ensure documentation and reporting for production processes.
