Job summary

PT SMART Tbk is seeking an experienced Finance professional to oversee plasma operations, manage cash flow, and analyze PL for the plasma unit. The role involves coordinating with banks for loan facilities, preparing regional price calculations, and ensuring timely payments for FFB plasma.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, 5+ years in finance, and preferab ly a supervisor/coordinator with cost accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, banking or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in finance.
• Preferably a supervisor/coordinator with focus on finance - general/cost accounting.

• Ensure plasma activities run in accordance with procedures.
• Monitor and control 'Dana Talangan' plasma operations.
• Manage cash flow for plasma activity.
• Review and analyze PL for plasma unit (profit and loss).
• Socialize FFB income and partnership issues with plasma unit.
• Negotiate and prepare regular bank reports for loan facilities.
• Ensure timely payments for FFB plasma.
• Prepare Indeks K for Dinas Perkebunan regional FFB price calculation.
• Prepare feasibility studies for new and existing plasma projects.
• Monitor CTM for plasma and adherence to policies and procedures.

Job description

Responsible for ensuring all plasma activities run in accordance with the procedure.

Job Descriptions:

Monitoring and control "Dana Talangan" Plasma.

Manage cash flow for Plasma activity.

Review and Analyze Profit and Loss (PL) for Plasma unit.

Socialization to plasma about the FFB income and other partnership issues.

Negotiate and prepare regular report to Bank about the loan facility for Plasma Project.

Ensure accurate and timely payment FFB plasma.

Prepare and submit Indeks K to "Dinas Perkebunan" for regional FFB Price calculation.

Prepare Feasibility Study for New and Existing Plasma Project.

Monitoring CTM for Plasma.

Monitoring the implementation of policies and procedures in Plasma.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
