Job summary

Goldenagri in Jakarta seeks a Senior Plasma Finance Manager to oversee plasma activities, manage cash flow, and review PL for the Plasma unit while ensuring procedures are followed.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, MBA preferred, 5+ years in plasma, strong leadership and analytical skills, and willingness to travel extensively from Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plasma activities run in accordance with procedures
• Monitor and control Dana Talangan plasma
• Manage cash flow for plasma activity
• Review and analyze PL for plasma unit
• Socialize plasma income and partnership issues with plasma team
• Negotiate and prepare regular loan facility reports to banks for plasma
• Ensure accurate and timely payment for FFB plasma
• Prepare and submit Indeks K to Dinas Perkebunan for regional FFB price calculation
• Prepare feasibility studies for plasma projects
• Monitor CTM and policy implementation in plasma

• Responsible for ensuring all plasma activities run in accordance with the procedure.
• Monitoring and controll "Dana Talangan" Plasma.
• Manage cash flow for Plasma activity.
• Review and Analyze Profit and Loss (PL) for Plasma unit.
• Socialization to plasma about the FFB income and other partnership issues.
• Negotiate and prepare regular report to Bank about the loan facility for Plasma Project.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment FFB plasma.
• Prepare and submit Indeks K to "Dinas Perkebunan" for regional FFB Price calculation.
• Prepare Feasibility Study for New and Existing Plasma Project.
• Monitoring CTM for Plasma.
• Monitoring the implementation of policies and procedures in Plasma.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance with MBA is highly desirable
• Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Plasma
• Possesses strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Result and detail oriented, along with strong analytical skill
• To be based in Jakarta but willingness to travel extensively is a must
