Job summary

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields and 2–3 years of project management experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Project Management, CAPEX Projects, or Continuous Improvement within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of project scheduling, CPM, risk management, budgeting, and cost control.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the PTCT CAPEX portfolio, including project validation, cashout tracking, and project completion.
Lead the CAPEX Steering Committee and provide regular project progress updates to stakeholders.
Develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules using CPM principles to ensure timely delivery.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while driving effective solutions to challenges.
Lead and support Industrial 4.0 initiatives, industrial CAPEX projects, and traceability improvement programs.
