Job summary

PT Hokkan Deltapack Industri is seeking a seasoned Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Indonesia. You will oversee production, maintenance, quality control and warehouse activities, driving efficiency and on-time delivery across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least five years in manufacturing leadership, strong problem-solving, food-safety understanding, and proven people-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Manufacturing Company as Plant Manager, Plant Operations or Project Management roles.
• Proven experience of direct leading multi-disciplinary teams across Production, Maintenance, Quality Control and Warehouse.
• Good knowledge of end- to end F&B Plastic Packaging production process.
• Problem-solving skill, decision-making and able to analyze problem effectively.
• Good understanding of Food Safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering

Minimum 5 years experience in Manufacturing Company as Plant Manager, Plant Operations or Project Management roles.

Proven experience of direct leading multi-disciplinary teams across Production, Maintenance, Quality Control and Warehouse

Good knowledge of end- to end F&B Plastic Packaging production process

Problem-solving skill , decision-making and able to analyze problem effectively

Good understanding of Food Safety regulations

Strong leadership and people management skills
