Job summary

PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is seeking an Operations Manager to supervise all production activities across Flexo-Paper and Rotogravure, from raw materials through to finished products, ensuring adherence to company standards.

The role requires at least 10 years in packaging manufacturing, a Bachelor’s degree, and proven skills in machine operation, quality control, problem solving, and team leadership at multiple plants in Jakarta, Tangerang, and Purwakarta.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in operational Packaging Manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
• Knowledge in machine operation, raw material identification, problem solving, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all production operational activities for Flexo-Paper and Rotogravure.
• Manage raw materials, production process control (printing, lamination, cutting).
• Oversee system usage plans and production budgets.
• Ensure products meet company quality standards.
• Create a productive work atmosphere so employees can perform optimally.
