Job summary

PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor is seeking an HR Business Partnering role to support plant management at the Bekasi site. The incumbent will handle manpower planning, organizational effectiveness, recruitment, and employee movements while partnering closely with production leadership to address business needs.

The role requires strong data analysis, Excel proficiency, and English fluency. Fresh graduates are welcome, and the position may involve driving and coordinating HR programs at the Cikarang

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Psychology etc. with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Having experience in handling events would be a plus.
• Having Driving License (SIM A and SIM C)
• Data processing and analysis skills with excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Fluent in English (verbal & written)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant management to understand business needs and provide appropriate HR solutions.
• Manage manpower planning, organizational effectiveness, recruitment, placement, and employee movements.
• Handle employee relations issues and support the resolution of workplace and labor-related matters.
• Monitor HR data, prepare reports, and ensure HR policies and practices comply with company regulations and applicable labor laws.
• Monitor employee engagement and development needs, and coordinate HR initiatives and programs.
